We thought it was time for a change. So now we’re all excited to announce that having operated under the red, black and blue Howards logo since 1997, we’ve decided to go for a make-over. But don’t worry, we’re still the same Howards that you’ve come to know and love but with a fresh new look. In fact, we’re looking at lots of other ways to improve our offer to you.
Our make-over consists of a curvy and contemporary new logo, a new slogan, a softer colour palette and a whole new store fit-out.
So, why the change?
We felt that is was necessary to get more in-touch with our feminine side. We know that the majority of our customers are female, so it’s important that we connect a little better with our major supporters.
When do we start?
We already have! We’ve introduced our new look stores at Robina (Gold Coast, QLD), Bondi (Sydney, NSW) and Port Macquarie (regional NSW), Kotara (regional NSW) and even Olso in Norway!
Our brand-new look will continue to roll out across Australia and the world over the coming months.

The font is horrible! Take for instance the W – it doesn’t look like it’s of the same width as the rest of the letters.
Love the new look…makes the store look even more inviting!! Glad the red has gone!!

Great new look, much more up-market and modern. The website looks fantastic and is easy to navigate.
Awesome colour change, a really inviting change. Love everything about the stores except the past look. I’m sure the team will be happy to throw away the out dated aprons.
