Time and time again we hear the most common “pantry” issues facing households today are: inaccessibility, difficult visibility, not enough space and food wastage. So we’ve decided to do something about this quandary and put the Product Spotlight onto these simple, yet very effective pantry aids…

Designed to increase visibility / accessibility and maximise space, shelf helpers create a second or third (depending on what size you opt for) tier of storage. And what about food wastage? Well, you’re not alone if you’ve ever found an item with an expired ‘Use By’ date. How To: Organise Your Pantry

An organised pantry is so much more than a neat row of shelves and containers. It needs to be functional, and reflect how you personally use your kitchen space every day. It’s not a difficult task and it’ll make the world of difference, so let’s get started…

1.Get rid of the clutter creators
If you have cans of diced tomatoes and creamed corn stacked up since way back when, or if you’re hanging onto appliances that you are not using, clear them out.

2.Group similar items together and create various ‘zones’ within your pantry
This will allow you to better identify the item you’re after and maximise space (including the rear of the pantry where items often disappear).
